These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ledrama.com (the “Site”), operated by LeDrama (“LeDrama,” “we,” “us” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

The Site is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to use it. Some series listed on the Site include mature romantic or dramatic themes. By using the Site, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. What LeDrama provides

LeDrama is a catalog that helps you discover vertical short dramas. We provide series information written by our editors and let you watch the opening episodes of each series, which are streamed directly from official partner sources. The complete series is available on its official platform, which you can reach through the links on each series page. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Site, or add or remove series, at any time without notice.

All series, episodes, titles, cover artwork, logos and trademarks displayed on the Site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and promotional purposes. Their appearance on LeDrama does not imply ownership by us or endorsement of us by them. The Site's own design, text, synopses and compilation of information are owned by LeDrama and are protected by copyright and other laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use any of this material beyond viewing it on the Site.

The Site contains links to third-party websites and apps, including the official platforms where full series are available, and media delivered by partner hosts. These third parties are not under our control. Their own terms, privacy policies and content rules apply, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, purchases or subscriptions you make with them, or their practices. 6. Content removal and copyright (DMCA)

We respect the rights of creators and rights holders. LeDrama does not re-upload or re-host videos; episodes and images are played from official partner sources. If you believe that something on the Site infringes your copyright or other rights, or you would like a listing corrected or removed, send a notice to [email protected] (placeholder address, to be confirmed) with the subject line “Content removal” and include:

  1. Your name and contact information (address, telephone number and email address);
  2. A description of the copyrighted work or other right you believe is being infringed;
  3. The URL of each page on the Site where the material appears;
  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent or the law;
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

These elements follow the notice requirements of the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)). When we receive a valid notice, we will review it promptly and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material and tell you what we did. If material you are responsible for was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address containing the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing may make you liable for damages.

You can also use the same address to report a factual error in a listing, a broken episode or any content you believe breaks our content standards.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or without errors, that episode information or availability is always current, or that any series will remain available on the Site or on any partner platform.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEDRAMA AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY SITE OR SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeDrama and its operators from any claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LeDrama's operator is established, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived by contract.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and LeDrama regarding the Site.
