Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 28, 2026 · Last updated: October 28, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how LeDrama (“LeDrama,” “we,” “us” or “our”) handles information when you visit ledrama.com (the “Site”). We designed the Site so that you can browse and watch without creating an account or giving us any personal details. By using the Site, you acknowledge the practices described below.
1. Summary
- You do not need an account to use LeDrama, and we do not ask for your name, email address or payment details.
- We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used. It sets analytics cookies, which you can block or opt out of. We do not use advertising cookies.
- Like every website, the Site and the service providers that deliver it process basic technical information (such as your IP address and browser type) when you load a page.
- Videos and images are delivered from official partner sources, and outbound links take you to third-party sites, which have their own privacy practices.
- We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to respond to you and to keep a record of the request.
Information collected automatically
When your browser requests a page, our servers and our network provider automatically receive standard technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, the page you requested, the referring page, and the date and time of the request. This information is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure, prevent abuse and diagnose technical problems.
Cookies and similar technologies
The public Site uses analytics cookies set by Google Analytics (described below). It does not set advertising cookies. A strictly necessary cookie is used only for the private administration area, which is not available to visitors. Our network and security provider may set or read strictly necessary cookies or similar signals to protect the Site from malicious traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the Site will continue to work.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the Site, how long you stay, the links you click, scrolling and video engagement, your browser, device and operating system, and your approximate location (derived from your IP address; Google Analytics 4 does not log or store full IP addresses). We see this information only in aggregated reports; it does not tell us who you are. We have not enabled Google signals or advertising features, and we do not use Google Analytics data for advertising.
Google processes this information under its own terms; see the Google Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can opt out of Google Analytics on all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), or by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser.
Changes to analytics or advertising
If we add other analytics or advertising services in the future, or turn on additional Google Analytics features, we will update this policy before the change takes effect, describe the providers and the information they collect, and offer the choices required by law (for example, a cookie notice or consent request where applicable).
3. How we use information
- To operate, maintain and deliver the Site and its features;
- To protect the Site, our visitors and our partners against fraud, abuse, attacks and other security risks;
- To understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used (for example, which pages and series are popular) so we can improve it;
- To understand and fix errors and improve performance;
- To respond to messages, correction requests, rights requests and content removal notices;
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.
4. Third parties
Network, hosting and security providers
The Site is delivered through Cloudflare, which provides content delivery, network routing and security services. Cloudflare processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) on our behalf to deliver pages and block malicious traffic. Its handling of that data is described in Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
Analytics provider
Google receives usage information collected by Google Analytics on our behalf, as described in Section 2. Event-level analytics data is retained by Google Analytics for two months, after which only aggregated reports remain.
Partner video and image hosts
Episodes and cover images on LeDrama are streamed and displayed directly from official partner content-delivery networks; we do not re-host them. When a page loads that media, your browser connects to those hosts, which receive standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the page that requested the file.
Outbound links
Buttons such as Watch Full Episodes take you to the official platform where a series is available. Some of these links include tracking parameters that let the destination recognize that you arrived from LeDrama. Once you leave our Site, the destination site or app may set its own cookies, collect information about you and ask you to sign up or sign in. Their privacy policies, not ours, govern that activity, and we encourage you to read them. See our disclosure for more about these links.
Legal and safety disclosures
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that it is required by law, subpoena or other legal process, or necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of LeDrama, our visitors or others. If LeDrama is ever involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
5. Your privacy rights in California (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the right to:
- Know what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom it is disclosed;
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions;
- Correct inaccurate personal information;
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share it);
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not collect it);
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
In the past 12 months, the categories of personal information we have collected are identifiers (such as IP address and cookie identifiers), internet or network activity information (such as browser type, pages viewed and interactions with the Site) and approximate geolocation derived from IP address, from your device, for the purposes described in Section 3. We have disclosed these to service providers (such as our network and security provider and our analytics provider) for business purposes, and we have not sold or shared them for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Other US state privacy laws
Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon and others, may have similar rights to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of their personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale of personal data or profiling. We honor these requests as required by applicable law. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line “Privacy appeal.”
7. How to make a privacy request
To exercise any of the rights above, email us at [email protected] (placeholder address, to be confirmed) with the subject line “Privacy request” and tell us which right you would like to exercise. Because we do not maintain accounts, we may ask for information needed to locate any data relating to you (for example, the approximate date and time of your visit or the email address you contacted us from) and to verify your request. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent's authority. We will respond within the time required by law.
8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
There is no common industry standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, so the Site does not change its behavior when it receives one. Our analytics measure activity on LeDrama only and are not used to follow you across other websites. We treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser, and will continue to do so if we add advertising in the future. You can also opt out of Google Analytics as described in Section 2.
9. Children's privacy
LeDrama is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), or from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
10. Data retention
We keep information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy. Event-level Google Analytics data is kept for two months, after which only aggregated reports remain. Technical logs are kept for a short period for security and troubleshooting and are then deleted or overwritten. Emails and requests you send us are kept for as long as needed to handle them and to keep a record of how they were resolved, unless a longer period is required by law.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including encrypted HTTPS connections, a network-level security service and restricted access to administrative systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. International visitors
LeDrama is operated for a US audience, and information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we process technical data on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating and securing the Site, and process correspondence to respond to you. You may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, for example when we add features or service providers. We will post the updated policy on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. If we make material changes, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.
14. Contact us
