The Oath of the Demon Hunter

Twelve-year-old Ash has been branded a monster's son because of his silver eyes, and the town is ready to burn him for it. On the same night, Silas, the greatest swordsman and demon hunter on the continent, is betrayed and killed, and a fragment of his soul finds its way into the doomed boy. Ash walks out of the flames carrying a legend's memories in a body far too young to hold his strength, with a little sister to protect and a family secret about binding demons waiting to be solved.
